All booking requests are handled STRICTLY and EXCLUSIVELY via WhatsApp messages to our single reference number +39 351 7191669. In the absence of our WhatsApp confirmation messages, we reserve the right not to consider your requests valid.
1. Booking conditions:
a) The booking will be considered valid only upon receipt of the confirmation deposit within the indicated period.
b) After sending the deposit, the customer will communicate via message that it has been sent. If any of these 2 points listed above are missing, the reservation may not be considered valid!
c) Once the confirmation deposit has been received, the Management will send the customer confirmation of receipt and therefore the definitive confirmation of the reservation.
d) By sending the deposit you undertake to respect the conditions listed here.
e) The reference period for the booking is the one indicated in the messages exchanged with the Management and even if you indicate different dates in the reason for the transfer, these will not be taken into consideration.
f) It is NOT possible to choose the pitch to reserve, the pitch will be assigned by the Management based on availability, the size of your vehicle and, when possible, also based on your requests/needs.
2. Cancellations, delays, early departures:a) Any cancellations must be communicated via message no later than 30 days before your arrival. In the event of cancellation within the expected terms, it will be possible to agree on a voucher by setting a different period. The voucher must be used in the same calendar year in which the original booking was scheduled and if not used by 31/12 it will be cancelled. The voucher is not transferable to a person other than the one who made the confirmation deposit transfer. In any case, there will be NO refund of the deposit.If the cancellation should arrive after the agreed period, the deposit will be lost (art. 1385 paragraph 2 c.c.).b) If the Campsite withdraws from the contract, it will be required to pay double the deposit paid.c) In the event of non-fulfilment without notice at least 24 hours before arrival, we can request the execution of the booking, therefore compensation for damages, equal to the amount corresponding to your booked stay (art. 1385 paragraph 3 c.c.).d) In the event that there are limitations on travel due to government measures, the deposit will still be considered valid for a future period (within 1 year).e) The booked pitches are kept at the Customer's disposal until 5.00 pm on the day of arrival, unless notice of postponement of arrival of the aforementioned time is given. After this deadline, the contract is automatically terminated, and therefore the Management will be free from any commitment undertaken and will be able to dispose of the pitch at its own discretion. The deposit will not be refunded.f) If you wish to change the booked period, you must communicate this via message at least 30 days before your arrival; the Management, based on availability, will inform you if such a change is possible.

In some specific periods of the year such as holidays, long weekends, August bank holidays etc... to confirm the booking, a CONFIRMATION DEPOSIT is required with an indicative value equal to the cost of ONE NIGHT PER BOOKED PITCH.
